Amicable staff, gave a lot of tourist information. The hotel's location was very central, in the front entrance area. Also, it was not too far from Bispham Parish Church. Nothing too much trouble, I had a very very good stay and would stay here again.

The hotel was clean. The location was magnificent in a domestic area, near the railway station, and the beach, shops and restaurants. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to Mary's Shell. The room was nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed and the staff was extremely friendly.

It was a very very good experience. The first 4 star hotel where everything was perfect and clean. The location was fantastic - close to restaurants close by, the shops & pubs, and the centre. Plus, landscaped gardens was at a short distance from the venue. Had facilities needed in my deluxe queen room, including an iron and ironing board, coffee/tea makers, and television. The bed was very comfy, a bathtub worked well.
